I am on track again

Hello everyone,

Well I have been very slack of late with my blog and I think its high time I get my bum back into gear and get posting.

I have made my entire weeks meal plan and so far I am sticking to it. I am tracking every little morsel that enters my mouth too.

I am taking the bull by the horns and trying my hardest with exercise. I have my partner helping me out with some stretches etc like he used to do in footy training. My old nickname used to be "Blocker" in school lol so maybe I will be playing footy soon too lol. What a thought!!

I have been eating so much fruit lately. Its been wonderful and I am feeling better in myself too.

Well I better get up and get my little man out of his cot. He is a little terror. Almost 1 year old!!!

Here is a pic I took back in November. Will have to get some more full body shots. I havent changed much at all I dont think as I am back to the same weight I was in September.

I am in the WW forum 30+ 12 week challenge. I am in week two and after a week of nocount I had a gain of 500grams. My aim is to lose 10kg in the 12 weeks so lets hope Points is kind to me this week. I have a personal challenge of 15kgs by my birthday in the end of April.

I am not looking forward to my next weigh in as I havn't been eating too much fruit - more fruity wine than anything. I might have to count some points to get back on track with things

I love kiddies at that age, they are so gorgeous. Mine is 3 and still a terror
